Welcome to my home in the heart of Vancouver! I’m a 37-year-old woman working in the tech industry, and I live with my sweet little dog, Suki — a friendly 10 lb Papillon. We’re excited to share our home with a respectful, kind guest looking for a safe and convenient place to stay while studying or exploring the city. You’ll have a spacious private bedroom that includes a comfortable bed, a desk for studying, a TV,, and a coffee table — perfect for relaxing after a long day. You’ll also have access to our beautiful balcony, a lovely spot to enjoy your breakfast, sip tea, or just unwind with fresh air and sunshine. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, and we have in-suite laundry for your convenience. I provide daily breakfast, and I’m happy to offer more meals upon request (we can discuss a fair cost if needed). I love learning languages — I speak English and a bit of Japanese and Chinese — and I’d be thrilled to chat and exchange cultures during your stay. I’m also happy to show you around the neighborhood and help you get settled. Our neighborhood is absolutely unbeatable: super walkable, safe, and just 2 minutes from the Canada Line (Broadway–City Hall Station), making it easy to get to schools, downtown, or the airport. Everything you need — groceries, cafes, parks, and shops — is right nearby. Whether you’re a student or traveler looking for a cozy and welcoming place to call home, I hope you’ll feel relaxed and supported here. I look forward to hosting you!
• Please be clean, quiet, and respectful. • Clean up after yourself in shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom). • Dishes go in the dishwasher — I’ll run it nightly. Pots and pans should be hand-washed right after use. • No smoking, drugs, or excessive drinking. • No overnight guests without permission. • Quiet hours after 10 PM. • No shoes indoors.
