I am a superhost on another site for the past 7 years so am an experienced host I do both sites. I have a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a beautiful Garden view outside my windows, a BBQ area with seating for a nice lunch or dinner .. we have a waterstream throughout the complex which is nice.. the apartment itself in the unit is 1000 square foot which you do not get these days anymore, so lots of space. There is a full equipped gym across the street and an ice skate rink with wings bar.. a golf course near by along with grocery stores. Also Capilano University is not far from me if your a student. Alot of trails close by if you like hiking, mount Seymour Mountain for skiing..also bus stops outfront for your travel daily needs. There is a mini fridge in the room with flat TV, full cable and internet, queen size bed and complimentary wine to welcome guests.. also a student desk :) Hope to host you soon have a sparkley day.
Quiet hours are from 10pm til 7am. Please text or message family or friends after 10pm.. guests must be back no later than 10pm. Please be quiet when coming back at night as I'll be in bed and I have a doggy. Please clean up after yourself and please turn lights off when not using bathroom kitchen bedroom etc. Living room is not a shared space, only bathroom, kitchen and diningroom area are. No other guests in the home unless you ask first and for a short visit no over night unless they book with you or add them.. No parties or events definitely no photography allowed. No shoes in the house the kitchen is off limits from 8pm til 7am. Any violations of any house rules can possibly face a fee or end of the stay with no refunds. 35+ only Enjoy your stay and be respectful
