Please be clean, tidy, non-smoking. If you use the kitchen, please clean up after yourself as per instructions. Also use appliances according to instructions. If staying for a week or more, understand I will go into the room to vacuum once a week. Alternatively, you can do this. Please ensure the front door is always locked. This ensures everyone's security & safety. Balance is payable in cash upon arrival. There is a $300 deposit for one person, or $400 if there are two of you, returned in full if everything is clean, tidy, nothing is damaged. Check-in: 2:30pm-7:30pm Check-out: 7:00am-11:00am
