Our apartment is located in one of the best areas in São Paulo: Pinheiros neighbourhood. It's near two metrô/subway stations (Clinicas and Sumaré - Green Line), and also near some important avenues, such as Av. Paulista, Av. Rebouças, Av. Faria Lima, R. Oscar Freire. We're close to a lot of universities/colleges, like USP, Mackenzie, PUC, FAAP, FGV and Insper. We're also near a lot of facilities, like street markets, restaurants, fast food places, bakeries, laundry shops, etc. We have two rooms available - both are suites, with private bathrooms, private mini fridge and private coffee machine. We provide towels and bed linen (changed every week). All the bills are included in the price (gas, water, electric energy, wifi internet, weekly cleaning of the suite). Our neighbourhood is safe and our building has 24h doormans. I'm a 25 year old student and customer services manager, currently post graduating, and i live with my mother, a 60 year old college teacher. We've been hosting students in our house for 5 years, so we are used to live with different people from different cultures. Our house is quiet and organized, we almost never cook and we tend to be out of the apartment all day.

We just don't allow smoking inside the house and bringing unannounced guests (if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance).
