1. No drugs on premises. 2. When using the kitchen, please clean up after yourself before you leave out of the kitchen. 3. Before entering the kitchen please sanitize hands or wash hands in the upstairs bathroom. 4. No cooking at all. 5. No eating in the bedroom whatsoever. 6. Please remove all belongings and products from bathroom after use. 7. No additional heaters or fans are to be used in the outlets. 8. When checking out, place all towels and bedding in the hamper in the bathroom. 9. Washer and dryer are off limits. Laundromat is across the street. 10. This is a non smoking home. This room is for non smokers only. So please do not book if you are a smoker. We do not want to smell that throughout our home.
