We kindly ask all guests to follow these simple house rules: • Check-in: from 2 PM (flexible with notice) • Check-out: by 11 AM • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM • No smoking indoors (you can use the garden or terrace) • No parties or events • Please respect shared spaces and keep them clean • Visitors only with prior agreement • Pets only on request and with approval • Please let us know if you need anything—we’re happy to help!
