Calendar & Availability Please note that availability may shift quickly. I recommend messaging me before booking to confirm the latest availability. I usually respond within an hour. Booking & Payment Notes Homestay.com does not process host payments in Mexico. After a booking is confirmed, I will provide details on how to complete payment directly. No Pets & No Smoking The apartment is smoke-free and pet-free. Thank you for respecting this rule. Board Game Nights (Every 2nd Monday) Every second Monday, I host a modern board game night with friends. Guests are warmly invited to join! If you prefer a quiet evening, just let me know in advance, and I’ll be happy to plan accordingly. Noise Please note The apartment stays peaceful when everyone uses their rooms for calls, louder TV etc. The living room is shared space, so best, just advice when planning for noisy gatherings. There is also always the option to switch a few people towards rooms, if somebody else needs to rest. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 00:00 to 07:00. The smaller guest room is next to the kitchen, so if someone is resting, kindly avoid heavy kitchen use. If you need to leave dishes overnight, I’m happy to help clean up in the morning. Laundry A well trusted cleaning lady is usually available once a week. Mari is helping my guests and me with laundry for over 10 years now. If you’d prefer to use the machine yourself, I’ll gladly show you how it works.
