Hi, my name is Queenie and my husband is Stevie. We speak mainly English at home and can speak Vietnamese and a Cantonese. Both of us love travelling and learning about new cultures and trying out new foods. We both like to play pc games, board games, badminton and tennis. The price includes light breakfast, if you would like to arrange for lunch and/or dinner meals, that can be arranged at an additional cost, otherwise, you can use the kitchen freely. 1. Please be respectful to everyone. 2. No smoking, no parties, no drugs. 3. Please keep room clean and clean up after yourself. 4. Please keep common areas and washroom clean by cleaning and sanitizing. 5. Separate garbage, organics, recycling and dispose into bins outside. 6. Laundry is once a week. 7. Please make sure doors are always locked when leaving and entering the house, we will provide you with a key. 8. Please turn lights off when sleeping, if night light is needed, please let us know. Payment method: Please note that I require my guests to pay 20% of the booking total to me (maximum of $200) 30 days prior to arrival to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com) Cancellation Policy: I ask my guests to give me at least 10 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded. Smoking is not allowed.
