Fully furnished room with private lounge to welcome you in a large 7 and a half rooms. A large, well-equipped kitchen for those who like to cook is accessible at all times, as well as a large terrace to enjoy the summer. You'll have access to the washer and dryer in the basement. I live with my 18-year-old son, who is at the apartment about every other week. We're super sociable, but very respectful of each other's space and well accustomed to roommate life.

As a non-smoking apartment, smoking is not permitted inside. It is allowed on the terrace. Shared space: bathroom, kitchen, dining room and terrace. Please keep the kitchen clean after use. No restrictions on entry and exit times, just be respectful not to make too much noise between 10:30 pm and 7:30 am. Your room includes a private lounge, so the other lounge is for our use only. If you need anything you can contact me in person or by text message at any time. It will be my pleasure to assist or accommodate you as needed.
