This is a 2 bedroom unit, which from the road looks more like a house. It's close to bus / train stations and walking distance to some local shops where you can grab yourself a coffee. It's a no exit street so it's quiet. I like to think of my home as a home, it's clean and you have a nice double bedroom space. There is a desk to use downstairs so you can have that space as well. I enjoy sports, the beach, reading and hanging out with friends and family. I'm easy going and enjoy the company of others.

Respect for the home and keeping it clean. No smoking in the home. Cooking at a reasonable hour.
