We have a 3 bedroom terraced house in a quaint rural village . Our home is warm has an open fire, a garden and we have a single room available for home stays.we have a cat and we are a family of three, myself my partner and my son who is 11 . We work and have a busy lives and are up and off early to school . but we are friendly and happy to chat or let you get on upstairs and have privacy. I do have a cleaner but we are not overly tidy we just expect people to pick up /clean up after themselves and we will too.
shoes left at door no downloading too much off internet not too much noise or showers after 10pm no noisy facetime calls no smoking
