You'll find my home conveniently close to stunning beaches with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. The Half Moon Bay Marina is just a quick five-minute drive away, providing easy access to daily ferry rides to picturesque Waiheke Island or bustling Auckland City. A bus stop is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from my home, offering access to nearby supermarkets, shopping malls—including Botany Town Centre and Sylvia Park, Auckland's largest shopping malls—and the vibrant city centre. Inside my home, alongside your comfortable room, you'll find a welcoming shared lounge area with a cosy fireplace, TV, and outdoor space. For your convenience, I offer airport pickup for a small fee of $40 NZD to ensure your arrival is as seamless as possible, especially if navigating public transport seems daunting. Please note that I have two friendly cats who are used to having guests, and I kindly request that my home remains smoke-free.
