I'm a single independent sale professional. I live in the city of Lake Worth in beautiful South Florida, conveniently located 10 minutes from the West Palm Beach International Airport (1 hour north of Miami and 2 hours south of Orlando). My house is in the north-east "historical" section of town called "College Park", just few minutes from our city's beach, parks, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. You can find out more about our city and attractions at https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attractions-g34372-Activities-Lake_Worth_Florida.html The house is a 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms/1office, with a large kitchen/dining room that opens into the living area. There is a garden on the front of the house and one in the back yard that is fenced in. Both gardens have raised dining/sitting areas. I have bicycles that my guests can borrow. Very clean and well behaved pets are welcome with required deposit.
Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm please. The kitchen and living room are one open area with vaulted ceiling that does not have an exhaust forced air system to the outside, therefore indoor cooking is restricted to meals that will not produce heavy odors, smoke, grease. 2 BBQ grills are available just outside kitchen sliding door in backyard. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over, just agree it with me in advance. Payment Method: Please note that I require my guests to pay 100% of the booking total in advance in order to hold the room (on top of the deposit paid to Homestay.com for the reservation and website service).
