We live in a quiet cul de sac in a leafy suburb near Crystal Palace Park in South East London with easy access to public transport and shops. There are 3 bedrooms in total, 1 bathroom, a spacious living room and dining area adjacent to a small but functional kitchen. A small conservatory opens into a decked patio overlooking a secluded and evergreen garden where there is also my Studio/workshop where I spend most of my time restoring oil paintings. I am also a tour manager and enjoy travelling around the world. We have one bicycle, which our guests are welcome to borrow during their stay. I share my house with my adult son , and a cute cat. Between the two of us, we speak English, Italian, French, Spanish and basic Japanese and we love food from all over the world.
Smoking only allowed outdoors. Please cook before 10.00 pm. Do not take shower/bath after 11.00 pm. Shoes off when entering the house.
