I am a professional working in Dublin city centre. I have a lovely cosy house within easy access to the city centre, with a bright single room and a large double room to rent. Lovely south-facing garden and off-street parking available. The house is a three-minute walk from the Luas tram stop and is within easy access to the city centre and many of Dublin's colleges/universities.

All bills are included in the monthly price. All bedding and kitchen utensils are provided for you. Towels are not provided for guests. There is no TV in the house but there is high-speed broadband. Guests are not allowed to be brought to the house unless agreed in advance. A one-month deposit is required on check-in. Once checked-in, one month's notice period is required if you wish to leave earlier than requested on the booking. Non smokers only please as there is no smoking allowed in the house or outside in the garden. No meals are provided by your host but you have full use of the kitchen at any time of the day.
