My unit is close to Broadbeach and Pacific fair Shopping Centre. Very convenient location. Quiet environment. Private bathroom, private TV, swimming pool, gym facilities.

Kitchen can only be used for light meal, no deep fry, oily or smelly food. Be home not later than 9.00-10.00 pm. Be quiet in the home. A tv specifically for the guests is available and separated from main living room. Guests can enjoy heir privacy too.
