We are living in 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Our new house in new development with friendly neighborhood and beautiful park (with flying fox). Local pristine beach short walking distance (800m) from the house. It is 7-10 min driving to Yanchep National Park and 5 min drive to Yanchep Lagoon beach. Our home is walking distance from bus stop. We have small but very cosy house and will be happy accommodate travelers for short term(1-2 months is fine)

House rules

Smoking outside, Our house not for party , We prefer woman or couple stay with us. Be good to our cats. As we live close to the beach, please, take outdoor shower after swimming in the ocean and shake it out sand before coming to the house.
