We are a family of 4 people, parents with two kids. We live in a quiet area, close to 5 mn from supermarkets (Lidl and Dunnes Store), a Library and a coffee shop, St Finians college, 8 min walk for bus 41 to Airport and Dublin City centre or Swords express to Dublin City centre in 30-40 mn. We are not far from Malahide Beach… We would be more than happy to welcome students into our house ONLY STUDENTS

No smoking No drinking alcohol No pet Not coming at home drunk The last hour for coming home at 11 pm We will really appreciate if the guests take their shoes off downstairs in the hall. the bedroom is upstairs
