I live in a wonderful neighborhood called Victory in North Minneapolis. I am a few blocks off of the Parkway and near many lakes, bike trails, parks, and minutes from downtown. I have 2 cats and a dog, who I share with my neighbors across the street.

No smoking. Please keep personal belongings in your room. Clean up after yourself in common areas. Please keep good communication through text, written messages or phone. Quiet hours are 10:30 pm-6:30 AM. Always keep the doors locked. Keep the toilet seat and lid down when not in use.
