Room For Rent in Comanche County, TX at Constantino Farms (close to Comanche, Dublin, Stephenville, Carlton, Gustine and Hico). We are a gay married couple.
Our house has a septic system. Please do not flush anything (diapers, tampones, paper towels, etc.) down the toilets. Please use the toilet paper provided which is septic friendly. Please do not pour oil down the drains. We have an oil bin to dispose of used cooking oil. Please scrape food particles into trash can. Do not put them down drains. When showering place shower curtain inside bathtub so water does not accumulate on floors. We live on a farm with chickens, goats, horses, donkeys, dogs and cats. Please respect our livestock and pets. There is no smoking in the house. Smoking is permitted on the front porch or the back porch. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. No drug use on the property. There are several gates throughout the property. If a gate is closed, please close it when you go through it. This will keep the livestock in their areas. If you want to hunt or fish on the property you will need a valid Texas Hunting and Fishing License.
