Country living near the Beach

I live on a one acre smallholding in a small village just on the outskirts of Sanlucar de Barrameda. Local shops and a nice cafe are a 5 minute walk away. The beach closeby. The most prominent sounds here are the cockrels crowing, birds tweeting and horses neighing. Use of a washing machine is available at an extra cost. There is a swimming pool on site but i havent yet got it up and running.
Cash on arrival is preferred, however a non returnable 50 % deposit via bank transfer will be necessary. Cancellation policy, a full 90 % refund if giving at least one months notice in writing. Unfortunately, i cannot accept children or pets. Guests are welcome to smoke outside of the Homestay, in the garden or porch areas. Do bring insect repellent, as you can expect mosquitos in the hot summer months. The room has overhead light fans to keep you cool. I can provide light Mediterranean lunches. The cost will depend on the type of meals required.
