I have a 4 bedroom and 2 baths home . I stay on the outskirts about 20 minutes away from the city. Right now I am looking to rent out one of my bedrooms. I also have a BBQ grill in the backyard for your use. Guest must check in at 11am and checkout by the next day @ 11am. I will be there to assist you in anything you need. I also stay about 10 minutes away from the Strawberry Festival in Poteet,TX . Thank you for stopping by .
Please park your vehicle next to the mailbox No smoking is allowed No pets are allowed Please purchase your own personal items such as bathroom necessities, ETC... Please clean up after yourselves. Please be respectful and friendly with the people that live in the home and each others privacy. Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking fee total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room. (On top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com) Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days' notice for any cancellation.
