Fantastic common areas include a large, equipped kitchen, garden with grill, dining room, living room and all-purpose area (we sometimes set up a video projector to watch films or sports events in special occasions), laundry center... House is eclectic / neocolonial style, spacious, comfy, quiet, with garden in central Coyoacán neighborhood, 10 min walk to Coyoacan square. Perfect location for a visitor: safe, good transport connections (Line 2 metro, several trolebus lines), cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, fresh street markets, movie theaters and cultural centers. The bedroom faces the garden! Quiet, private (thick walls), with a double bed, shower bathroom inside. Bedroom is for 1 person only, no pets. Occasional visitors are allowed. Long stays are preferred (+6 months). We are cultural promotors and teachers at TEC de Monterrey University, laid back and eager to provide tips and recommendations about the city and travelling around the country. You'll make the most out of your stay. We are fluent in Spanish and English, and a bit of Portuguese and French.
