This a bungalow and we will like to share our housing with some responsible, clean, respectful person. We have an available room/downstairs space that we like to rent out with this sharing program. Space consists of a bedroom with a full-sized bed with desk and walk-in closet, also a private bathroom with a hot tub and steam room, and a private lounge space. Although the space is technically shared, there is a lot of privacy - it is essentially like a garden apartment. Parents of a Harvard and Northwestern University Graduated children, trying to fill up the empty nest and find someone to give our love and care.
Please have the bathroom always clean, lock the exterior doors, not loud music or noise, no alcohol consumed, and allowed visitors only with a previous notice.
