we are a family of 4 - we have a son 19 years old & a daughter of 15. my son will be attending ubco in September so it will be just a mom a dad and our daughter who goes to Terry Fox Secondary school in Port Coquitlam. we are minutes walking distance from Terry Fox Secondary School, Blakeburn Elementary; a short bus ride to coquitlam central.

no parties; no loud music, no staying out past 11:00 pm, no smoking, no drinking, no pets, no friends staying overnight
