We also have a full size basketball court in the complex, free to use. Each room has brand new bedding, new bed, and a desk. We are a kind and easy going family. We have a small dog who is friendly and loves people. There are no kids in the house.
No shoes in the house. Noise to be kept to a minimum, and no loud noise after 10pm. You are responsible for cleaning up your personal space. No drugs (alcohol on occasions is ok) no pets. Message if you will be home later than 11pm. Your host is a non-smoker. No smoking
