Renting out my guest bedroom, the room is spacious with plenty of storage and has a television and a mini fridge upon request. Magnolia neighborhood is quiet and safe and it located less than 1 mile from desirable Discovery Park. Bus line 1 block away.

Quiet hours from 8am-9pm. No parties/additional guests/pets. I will consider small dogs. Note: I have a 10lb dog that is hypoallergenic and house trained.
