Our home is located in West Vancouver, which is the safest and most beautiful community. Only 6 minutes walking to West Vancouver Secondary School. 15 minutes by bus to shopping, banks, restaurants and the beach. We are educators and have been working with children for many years. We have a small dog and a cat. They are very friendly.

No smoking allowed. No pets. No sleepover. No food in bedrooms. Keep quiet after 11 pm. Students under 18 years old have to stay at home after 10 pm. Clean the bedroom and bathroom every 2 weeks.
