We have a Duplex, me and my husband live on the first floor and we rent out the apartment upstairs. You will have access to the kitchen, living room, and balcony. it's on a quiet dead-end street, and the bus terminal is on the corner 2 mins away. It is close to, Grocery stores, corner stores, Pharmacies, Shopping centers, and the waterfront...... In general, it takes approximately 1hr by bus and metro to get to downtown Montreal. We speak French, English, Italian, and Spanish. Hope to see you soon!
Respect is very important. Keep the noise to a minimum level and down around 10pm. Since you have access to the whole apartment, you need to keep it clean as you go. Please do not invite strangers into the home, if you would like to invite a friend over just agree with me in advance. Please keep our home secure and lock the front door entering and leaving the house.
