Room has hardwood floor and windows. Two recreation rooms with TV, bike storage room, laundry, etc.
Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 100% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% deposit is paid to Homestay.com) Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded. No suitable for children (0-12 years) or pets. Events or parties are not allowed. Only the guest named and registered in the original reservation is permitted to enter the house. We may require a copy of your photo ID or passport at check in. No extra guest visitations or events/parties at the house. We are flexible with check-in and check-out; just let us know ahead of time. Smoking on property is not allowed.
