Be respectful of other guests, hosts and their privacy. Never enter another guests bedroom. Keep noise down in the bedroom areas after 9pm. Be mindful of noise Fresh linen is always available. No dirty shoes inside, please take off and clean if dirty Use of clothes washing machine. Clothes to be dried on Hill’s Hoist in sunshine, or drying rack. 1 allocated section for food allowed in fridge. Smoking is permitted outside. Guests must use ash trays for cigarette ends. No candles / smoking / incense / wax or fragrance burning devices / open flames of any kind allowed in the bedrooms. Please take care of your house keys. Loss of keys & replacements costs $10
