The rental has a private entrance, even though is attached to my home, it’s completely private. There is a bedroom with queen bed and a crib. The sofa in the living room has a bed also. I got a kitchen in the living room with pots and pans, utensils, plates, glasses etc…. Mini fridge, microwave and fireplace. The back patio is common space for the guest and I. The washer and dryer is under that cover patio for anyone who needs to use it. No pets allow, I have cats but they are not allow in the rental. They stay outside and only come in my side of the house. My house is 10 minutes from town, there are stores ,gas stations and restaurants just 3 to 5 minutes away . We are 30 minutes from Panama City Beach and 30 minutes from Mexico Beach. Love to live close enough to town but out of the crowds and the noise. I enjoy sitting in my back patio or walking around my neighborhood.

No events, no parties. No smoking inside, but you can smoke outside .
