All bookings require a Security Deposit that is 50% of the monthly rental rate. Double and Queen size beds with Smart TV and Netflix included. Mini fridges in some of the rooms. Laundry included. Wifi and Utilities included. Parking on the street. 7 min walk to Renfrew and Rupert Skytrain station. Quiet neighbourhood with many bus routes close by. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the area.
Monthly stay guests are required to agree to clean common areas on a weekly basis to keep the house clean and clutter free. All garbages are to be sorted and placed in respective bins at the back of the house. No additional guests allowed without permission from the host. No smoking and no shoes in the house. Please keep noise levels down in the evening. Please be respectful of other guests and neighbours, and clean up after yourselves in common areas after use.
