Located near the city center of Barcelona, in a neighborhood called Gracia where lots of bars, good restaurants and great coffeshops are around, we offer a room with a single bed in our friendly and calm house. It is great comunicated since we are near the metro and since you are in Barcelona you can walk to any place. Our co living space is based on friendship, respect, communication and dedication to take care of our shared home. We speak english, spanish and french.

House Rules Guests must read our generic document in order to get the full address and find the apartment. We also appreciate that from 10 pm to 10 am guests are discrete in the house.
