With bus routes 145, 155, 45A, 84, 7B, and the Aircoach only a 5-minute walk away, and the Green line Luas and Dart station within a short walking distance, you'll find commuting a breeze. Your stay will be in a comfortable single bedroom that's been thoughtfully furnished with a desk and a wardrobe for your use. It features a wooden floor and curtains. Living in our home means enjoying all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable stay. This includes utilities, which are all covered in the room price - no additional bills to worry about! While we welcome all responsible and respectful guests, we have a slight preference for students, given the proximity to several educational institutions.
