Welcome to Your Home Away From Home! Dear Travellers, Welcome to my little oasis in Egypt! Here, you’ll find much more than just a cozy room — you’re stepping into a space filled with stories, culture, and connections waiting to happen. I’m excited to share this experience with you, so let’s make sure we all respect the house and each other with a few friendly guidelines. Think of these as our little recipe for a happy stay! Shoes Off, Smiles On! This is a shoe-free house — because who wants sand and dust inside? Please leave your shoes outside the reception, in the private garden on the dedicated shelf. If you’re a bit shy about leaving your shoes out there, no worries — just take them off before entering the reception and keep the indoors shoe-free (that means no shoes in your room either). To keep your toes cozy, you’ll find plenty of slippers in various sizes at the reception entrance. Feel free to borrow a pair! If you prefer your own slippers, please bring ones that are clean and reserved for indoor use only. Kitchen Chronicles My kitchen is your kitchen! Feel free to cook up a storm, but please clean all the tools and put them back on their own shelves afterward. Each room has its own designated corner in the fridge — a sacred space, so please don’t peek into your neighbors’ goodies! Cool and Conscious Help me keep the air fresh and the planet happy: • Turn off your room’s air conditioner when you’re not in it. • If you’re the last one leaving the house, please switch off all air conditioners in the common areas (reception and kitchen). Let’s keep cool without heating up the planet! Bathroom Bliss Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and toilet paper are provided — please use them thoughtfully. After your spa moment, leave the bathroom as fresh and clean as you found it. We’re all friends here, sharing the love and the water! Towels & Tidiness Each guest gets one big and one small towel. Please keep common areas tidy: trash belongs in the bins, not on tables, sofas, or floors. Let’s keep our shared spaces welcoming for everyone! Poolside Paradise The pool is open from 10 AM to 8 PM — splash away! But a quick heads-up: after your swim, please dry off with the towels provided in the garden before stepping into the reception. The wooden floors inside are delicate and don’t like water much. Also, remember to dress appropriately when leaving the property — swimsuits are for the pool only, and we respect the local culture by wearing proper clothing outside. Culture & Courtesy Egypt is a beautiful country with rich traditions. We kindly ask you to enjoy your stay responsibly — avoid loud drunkenness and respect local customs. No parties on the property, please (that means garden, reception, and rooms). But you’re always welcome to join any parties I host here — I’ll keep you in the loop! Don’t worry, they never go past midnight. And finally, let’s keep noise to a minimum after midnight so everyone can rest and dream of pyramids. No Smoking Indoors No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. You are welcome to smoke outside in the garden only. Please use the ashtray provided and clean it after each use. Thank you for helping keep the indoors fresh and comfortable for everyone! No Visitors Allowed Absolutely no visitors are allowed anywhere on the property at any time — this includes bedrooms, shared areas, and the garden. This rule is non-negotiable and applies to everyone, with zero exceptions. Please do not ask for special permission, as the answer will always be no.
