This family home is centrally located in a peaceful area with mountain view and secured backyard with vegetable garden and fruit tree. It is mins away from Hwy 1, walking distance to transit, YMCA (gym and recreation center), restaurant and pharmacy.

No Smoking: Please refrain from smoking inside the house. If you need to smoke, we have designated outdoor areas for your convenience. Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of others during these hours. Guest Limit: The reservation is for the number of guests specified at booking. If you plan to have additional guests, please inform us in advance. Respect for Property: Treat our home with the same respect you would treat your own. Any damage caused by guests will be the responsibility of the booking party. Kitchen Use: You are welcome to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Be mindful of other guests who may also be using the space. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We can try to accommodate variations with advance notice.
