Hi I'm Tracey I have two grown up children and three grandchildren my son is in his 30’s and lives with his partner and my 2 grandchildren and my daughter is in her 20’s and lives with me and her son I work in a boarding school a few mins away but I’m also attending college myself I have four bedrooms and I live on the foot of Dublin mountains with easy access to the city centre with a 74 bus 2 mins walk away from my home or 3 other bus routes 5/ 10 min walk away 15/ 16 BUS which takes you to the city and a S8 bus which goes towards UCD also use of kitchen and utensils laundry plus internet are all included in the price there is a deposit of 25% when you book which is refundable if cancelled 7 days prior to arrival

list of rules will be given on arrival There is a Deposit charged upon booking which can be arranged when booked and for short stays, the amount is upfront. Any money paid is fully refundable if cancelled up to 7 days before arrival otherwise 25% is charged off the full amount
