Cozy Homeva Chatterton WP is only a 5-minute walk to the White Plains Train Station. The house has a big patio, yard, and flowers. There are a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom. One bathroom and one half bathroom are private, and three bathrooms are shared when we have guests. Half price for each additional guest. Not suitable for children under the age of 12. FREE PARKING AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST BEFORE BOOKING. Additional fee for laundry ($10 per load - includes washer, dryer, laundry detergent, etc.). Smoking is allowed outside only. Full kitchen included except stove and oven. At Check-In, we would like to see Photo ID, Drivers License and/or Passport.
It has been apparent that after hosting guests for many years, we establish some guidelines and expectations. By no means are we attempting to offend you or be insensitive to different cultures or customs. We want to continue to maintain high standards and make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Therefore, please understand the following requests: -Please remove your shoes upon entry and while you are in the house. -Please do not walk in a towel or undergarment around the house. -All grooming, make-up, manicures, etc. need to be done in your room or the bathroom only. -Please remove personal body hair from the bathtub or shower after each use. -The bathtub, shower, sink, etc. need to be kept clean after each use. -Only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. Anything else will clog and damage the plumbing. -Lights, heat, and air conditioners need to be turned off when not in use. -Windows need to be kept closed when air conditioners or heat are in use. -Food and drinks are not allowed in the bedrooms. Please, eat and drink in the kitchen or dining area only. -Full kitchen is included, except stove and oven. -Light cooking only is permitted (Please no heavy cooking). -Do not leave dishes in the sink. Wash, dry, and put them away immediately. -A deposit is required for the main and room keys. -Do not bring strangers into the house. To invite a friend, check with me first.
