Our house has an independent apartment in front of the house with a common entrance in a natural environment

The rules of our house would be: Maintain good, cordial and respectful communication, do not smoke inside the apartment, do not have parties, leave it tightly closed when leaving, do not leave the heating on when leaving, take care of the place in general and its implements, keep it clean and tidy, notify when something fails or breaks, bring friends or couples from time to time but not permanently.
