Nestled just outside of the downtown core, on the outskirts of the infamous Shaughnessy neighbourhood of Vancouver. Easily accessible to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and all the transit necessities. Walk to Granville Island or take a bike ride along the sea wall to the beaches, all of which are located within 15 minutes of the apartment. Enjoy your quiet, queen sized private bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and coffee station, or snuggle into the cozy living room with views of the North Shore mountains. Are you travelling for work or study? There’s a great workspace with a view as well! As for sharing the space, it’s just me here and I work off-site during the week, so my presence is quite scarce if you like a quieter, more private environment for your stay. Note, there is a 25% key deposit attached to this rental upon check-in.

No smoking in the unit. I ask that you aren’t hosting other guests than those who are booked to stay here. Quiet hours are from midnight-7am. There is no dishwasher, so just ask that you wash the dishes you do use. This is my full-time home, so I ask that you respect the space and the noise levels.
