While our space is downstairs, your private bedroom and bathroom is upstairs. The upstairs kitchenette, and living room are shared by one other guest with no negative reviews. Your space has been lovingly and thoughtfully equipped to present an experience of upscale casual elegance and long-term stay traveling conveniences.

--NO PETS– Sadly, I am severely allergic to animals. They give me a runny nose, stuffy nose, watery eyes, lack of energy, soar throat, and fever for days :( --NO GUEST-- No extra guest are allowed. --NO SMOKING/VAPING– Sadly, my husband has allergies & asthma. :( –NO DRUGS– Sorry drug users. I’m a woman and want to be careful with whom I bring into my home. --NO LOUD PARTIES-- Because our neighbors may have to go to work tomorrow. –NO FLAME OF ANY KIND– Don’t want to burn the house down. COVID 19 RULES: Wearing a face mask is optional in our home.
