We are a couple that offer a comfortable room with a private and spacious bathroom, preferably looking for a short term rental.

No smoking anywhere on the property (this is a non-smoking complex). No parties or events allowed. No pets allowed. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 5 AM. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM. Please leave the place tidy and report any damages. Lost key or fob replacement will incur a fee.
