Welcome to our peaceful first-floor apartment with a beautiful garden view. The room you'll stay in is furnished with new, modern furniture for a comfortable and stylish experience. You’ll be sharing the home with a friendly female flatmate, providing both privacy and a welcoming atmosphere. Feel free to cook your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Located in a prime area of Berlin, supermarkets and public transportation are just a 10-15 minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city.

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and all provided equipment for cooking. We kindly ask that you clean the kitchen and bathroom after use to help keep a tidy space for everyone. The living room is available for use after 6 pm whenever it’s free. The washing machine, located in the kitchen, can be used once or twice a week. Female guests are welcome. For stays of less than 30 nights, full payment is required. For stays over 30 nights, 50% of the total price is due. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
