Arrival and Parking Information > Driveway and Street Parking is available to guests. Please park in the direction that is the flow of traffic on the street. If confused, see how neighbors are parked on the street. > Bag drop off is not allowed but a referral to companies in the area (if available) can be provided upon request. > Early check in can be available upon request but cannot always be accommodated so please take note of the check-in hours (2PM-8PM CST) and prepare your travels accordingly. > Personal mail (except Amazon packages) is not allowed to be received to this address. A referral to a nearby place can be offered. Reservation will be immediately terminated if violated. > Pets are never allowed and a minimum fee of $750 will be applied and reservation immediately terminated. > Due to the nature of co-living, no guests allowed. No overnight guests allowed. Guests not on the reservation are not allowed. Reservation will be immediately terminated if violated. Security 1. This home is equipped with an alarm system that includes motion detectors throughout the home. The motion detectors do not have cameras. 2. Please keep my home secure and lock the front and back door when entering/exiting the property. 3. Our community is a safe space and friendly. As a temporary member of our community, please be pleasant with the neighbors. A nice smile and a wave is often sufficient!! And yes, the neighbors are watching and do talk. 4. Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property. No exceptions, ever. 5. All communication should be via this platform. Please call or text for emergencies only. 6. Review and follow check out procedures posted in your room. 7. This home is equipped with a front door Ring camera. Atmosphere and Tidiness 1. Please be cognizant that this is a homestay and not a hotel. You must clean up after yourself especially in shared spaces. Cleaning supplies (for bathroom/shower, kitchen, etc.) are always available. 2. Please store all personal items in the room. There are dresser drawers, shelves and hanging hooks in the closet for personal use. Personal items should not be retained in the communal spaces. 3. Reserved guests should sleep in the room. The couch is a communal space. 4. Food and drinks (except water) should be consumed in the dining area only, please. No other beverages in the bedroom. No exceptions. A nominal fee will be assessed for any damages to linen towels as a result of waste from food or drink. 5. Please wipe up the bathroom sink and floor after use if wet or messy. Please clean up any hair or waste that is left on any surfaces (floor, counter, shower) after bathroom and shower use. This a common use space. 6. Should you utilize the stove and/or microwave, please be sure to clean up any food left behind use rags and cleaning supplies made available. 7. Promptly clean and put away all dishes used. 8. Smoking is not welcome inside the home at anytime and drug use of any kind is not welcome on the property at any time. 9. Cleaning supplies available for use are stored under the sink in the kitchen and bathroom should you need to clean up after yourself. Mop and broom are stored in the closet close to the back door. Cleaning supplies should not be over-utilized for personal use. Please purchase any items that will require you to extend normal clean-up use. 10. The doors and door hardware throughout the house are original to the home. Please handle with care. 11. Quiet hours (reduced volume) should be respected after 10PM. After 10PM, you are welcome to utilize the television and any other devices on a minimum volume or with the use of headphones. 12. Should you encounter issues or messes, please contact me promptly to be addressed. 13. Come and go as you please! Please respect my home. A clean and serene atmosphere ensures the home remains a balanced, loving and safe space for you to stay and me to live. ***I reserve the right to terminate the reservation should house guidelines be exploited or disregarded. ***This is a Host-occupied stay.
