I can only accept one guest per room. Just confirming this is just for one person? 3. Are you ok with sharing the bathroom and kitchen with 1 other person - for female guest that means you will have to share the bathroom with other male guests. 4. Have you lived with others before? 5. Are you able to abide by the house rules (see below) Common FAQ: *This is not a party place. If you are looking for a more social experience, I suggest you book another place. My house is located in a quiet area and most guest book my rooms looking for a quiet night rest. *Check in time: Ideally after 2 pm . *Check out time: 11:00 (we offer late check out for free) *I live in the apartment and you will share it with me. *I provide for most requested items - all appliances, tissues, toilet paper, detergent, washing powder, shampoo, etc are all free to use. *Sorry, no pets allowed. We cannot accomodate. *I do short term stays only, no long term stays *Payment has to be made through Homestay. I DO NOT accept cash or payment outside of Homestay. *There are heaps of street side 2 hours free parking, ticket parking or Free parking one block away of the apartment. Public transports (bus and train) is located nearby, bus stop just around the corner (30 m away). House rules: *Quiet hours from 9pm-9am *No overnight guest *No drugs, alcohol and parties *Vaping and smoking outdoor only *No pets *No eating in the bedroom please. Eat out in the kitchen or the living room. *Clean up (put rubbish in the bin) before you check out *Please respect others as the shared areas you will meet other airbnb guests I will be around during your stay to assist you if you need help.
