We are offering rooms for rent in a cozy and spacious 4-bedroom apartment located on an upper floor with elevator access and beautiful views. Currently, three people live here, and we can accommodate up to five. The apartment is naturally fresh, and we also provide fans for added comfort. The location is very convenient – just a short walk from San Martin station on Line 2, and with supermarkets and local shops nearby. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine available for use, and high-speed internet. If you would like your room to be cleaned, it is available upon request at an additional cost of €10 per hour. 4.Responsible Use of the Kitchen Please use the kitchen respectfully and keep it clean after cooking or eating. 5.Shared Bathroom Etiquette Be brief and leave the bathroom clean for the next person. 6. Guests Occasional guests are allowed, but please inform us in advance and ensure they respect the house rules and atmosphere. 7.Smoking Policy Smoking is not allowed indoors, but you are welcome to smoke on the beautiful terrace. 8.Respectful Use of Internet & Appliances Use all household resources responsibly—treat them as if they were your own. 9.Timely Rent Payment Rent and any applicable service fees should be paid on time, as agreed. 10.Good Communication If any issues arise, let’s discuss them calmly and work together to find a solution.
