Hello and welcome to my homestay page! My name is Mabel and I’ve been a host for 15+ years. My place is in an excellent location midtown Toronto, Lawrence and Bathurst area. Here’s what you’ll love: - Steps away from the grocery store, pharmacy, library and bus stop. There is also a laundromat one block away that accepts coins. - Quick bus ride, about 5-10 minutes, to Lawrence West or Lawrence subway stations that connect you to University of Toronto, York University, George Brown College, Seneca, and other top institutions in Toronto. - Space is comfortable and quiet. - Outdoor pool available during the summer, indoor sauna and gym. - If you love pets, I have a small hypoallergenic dog named Luna who is very friendly! - Breakfast (continental) and Wifi included. - No smoking or any drugs/illegal drugs of any kind - No parties - Quiet time after 10pm - No cooking after 10pm - When you leave your room/apartment, please ensure all appliances, lights or faucets are off. Always be sure to lock the door on your way out. - Please do not use high energy appliances in your bedroom (e.g. hair dryer/straightener, kettle, iron, …) - Please maintain your room tidy/clean. If you eat snacks in your room, please make sure to dispose of any rubbish or waste properly in the kitchen food/trash/recycling bin, not in the trash bin in your room. Improperly handled food will attract pests and rats, and will also produce bad smells and affect your quality of life. - Breakfast is available from 7am - 9am. Please let me know if you have any dietary restrictions. - A key deposit of $100 is required upon arrival in case key is lost. Please do not make copies of any keys given to you or lend the key to anyone. When you move out, please return all keys and the deposit will be refunded to you. - If any of these rules are violated, the host has the right to remind/warn you or, terminate the homestay contract. - Please treat my home as you would your own.
