Excellent room with a double bed of 1.40 Mts, located in the best neighborhood of Santa Marta (Bavaria), ten minutes from the city center by bus and thirty minutes walking, very close to the Ocean Mall Shopping Center, restaurants, banks, supermarkets. We are going to share the apartment with the guests (We are only renting a room, they do not include meals, the price is $250,000 per night, whether for one or two people)

Pets are not accepted It only receives adults. Kitchen utensils can be used and should be left in the same state in which they are found. You can store your food in the fridge. They will have the right to use the pool and BBQ keeping the internal regulations of the building. Keys will be given to the room but not to the apartment. Towel and soap will be provided. As Plus we pick up and drop off guests at the airport, as long as it is not FRIDAY between 7AM and 7PM.
