My home is a 3 Bedroom townhouse located in the Suburbs of Baltimore (White Marsh, MD). Guest will stay in a cozy guest suite featuring a private entrance, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, fireplace, and 65 inch TV. Guest can relax in the backyard seating area or relax at the private community pool. This space has a double bed and a pull out twin bed. This suite is great for 2 people or a small family of 2 adults and 1 child.

All Payments are due at booking. Payments can be made through Zelle or Paypal Free Cancellation 7 days or more before check-in day. No parties or events allowed. No smoking inside the unit. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. No pets (unless agreed upon in advance). Maximum occupancy: 2 adults. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, etc Clean up after yourself and dispose of trash before checkout. No illegal substances or activities. No commercial photography or filming. No loud music, indoor or outdoors. Lock all doors and windows when leaving the space. Do not share the keypad code or entry information with anyone
